Site plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a legend identifying various sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative process.
